Were did the time go?

Well, I just finished looking over my past posts. I can't believe when I started this my oldest daughter, Kaleigh was about just becoming a teenager. Now she is a Freshman and getting ready for her first formal dance. We got a beautiful dress from Macy's that looks stunning on her and had fun shopping for shoes and jewelry yesterday. Saturday is the big day and we are starting it by getting her hair done by our favorite stylist. I can't believe my little girl is that grown up already. I know, I know everybody says that, but it seems like she was just a little girl playing dress up with her sisters and now she is dressing up for real. Not only is she going to the formal, but a few days later she leaves for a 5 day trip half way across the country with out her parents! Its a school trip with teachers, but still!!

Almost a year?

How does this happen? I have good intentions, but somehow almost an entire year goes by and I don't even post anything. Must be that this is the time of year when I can actually sit down and spend a little time on my blog. I have updated my Flickr picture stream with some things I have made since last year, but am off now to make supper. Plans are to post something soon so keep watching.
